About the Recipe
We use flank steak or skirt steak for this recipe but you can use any kind of steak you want. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the meat.
Rub steaks on both sides. Let the meat sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
Crank up the grill to medium high heat on one side of the grill. Sear the steaks on both side to form a crust then move to indirect heat side of the grill to finish cooking. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
